Hello, cinnamon bun β¨
So, Fantastic Beasts: the Crimes of Grindelwald disappointed a lot of people.
Even if (like me) youβve become somewhat disillusioned with the Harry Potter world after a steady stream of Twitter controversies around J.K. Rowling, itβs disheartening to see a beloved franchise fall from grace so spectacularly.
With the pedigree of the Harry Potter series behind it, it was always going to be difficult for a Fantastic Beasts film series to live up to expectations, but what we got in Crimes of Grindelwald was, well⦠downright boring. And reached new levels of bad which surprised many of us.
Which is why when I asked my viewers which story they wanted to see me fix next, Crimes of Grindelwald was the winner by a mile.
What went wrong? What could a better version of this story have looked like?
How could we storyfix Crimes of Grindelwald?
