i started the first draft of my new novel!

it's still just a tiny seedling, and after i wrote the first scene i knew i'd have to pause to brainstorm and figure some more things out before writing scene #2.

but i wrote the first scene!

this is my first scene of completely fresh words on a new novel in... over four years? wild.
